I’d stay again but a few changes could be made
Positive: The property was clean and pretty nice overall. Both beds were comfortable and the bedding was good. Two bathrooms were spacious and clean. A small kitchen with a few basics. There’s huge windows with a gorgeous view of the sunrise in the morning. It’s close to anything as far as location. Easy check in. Quiet building. I would rent it again for sure.
Negative: My few complaints…the “loveseat” type couch was TERRIBLE. There’s no tv in either bedroom so the only place you can sit and watch tv is there. It’s extremely cheap and uncomfortable and not big enough for two people to even sit on comfortably to watch a movie or something. It was also broken on the back part.
Ironing board but no iron
No extra trash bags
No dish soap in the kitchen
Fan in one bedroom wouldn’t turn on
No instructions for the washer dryer combo machines…so surprise they take 4 to 6 hours to complete one load.

Fantastic overnight stay
Positive: We had a great stay at Urban Hideaway – 201 in Tulsa. It’s basically a full two-bedroom two-bath apartment for about $150 a night, which felt like a really good value. We only used one of the bedrooms, but this place would be perfect for a small family or a couple traveling together.
The apartment was extremely clean, which is always my number one concern when traveling. The beds were very comfortable and the comforters were amazing—seriously some of the best we’ve slept under in a rental. The living room was simple but functional with a nice small widescreen TV, and having a full kitchen was a big plus.
Communication with the host was excellent and check-in was completely hassle-free. The location worked well for us too—right by the OU Learning Center and with plenty of good places to grab food nearby.
Overall, a clean, comfortable, and well-run place that we’d definitely stay at again.
Negative: The only minor downside was the Wi-Fi, which is 2.4 GHz and seemed a little overloaded, so streaming a movie wasn’t really happening. That said, I just switched to my phone hotspot and it wasn’t a big deal.
