Positive: Location Negative: Staff was very nice and helpful!

Delightful place! Positive: The room was very clean, comfortable, and had plenty of coffee, towels, shampoo, tp, etc. Location was perfect, walking distance from the event I was in town for. Check-in process was quick and simple. I’d definitely stay here again.

Misleading check in and not very welcoming. Positive: Checking in was difficult, we were told check in information was in a “basket “. We searched and couldn’t find a “basket “, the information was on a metal holder for papers. Couldn’t get into the room the panel to enter the code would not work so we had to call someone, who lived in the building. It was advertised as a hotel, it was a functioning hotel at one time, but now it is primarily a condominium, rooms to rent are on the first floor the rest was is residential. Negative: Read above

Everything else is ok aside from the bed. Positive: Property is fine. Love the shower. Negative: The bed is horrible. The mattress is very uncomfortable. It is sunk in. Did not sleep for both nights. It hurts our backs. Not acceptable.

Have stayed at this hotel at least 6 times in the last couple of years. Will stay somewhere else. Positive: As far as I know there wasn't any Negative: It was 64 degrees when we arrived. We followed the directions to make it warmer. We left for dinner. Two hours later it was 65. I called the number for help. Oh, yes we'll take care of it. You might want to open your windows. We opened and slept with the windows open. It was still so cold we couldn't even take a shower.
