The room is great value for the location and would definitely go back next time I am in Bartlesville Positive: The room was clean and it had everything you need including a refrigerator and coffee maker with pods. The towels were nice and the bathroom was fine. I was there in the weekend and there isn't an manager on duty. Instructions are left at the front desk. The outside door and room door are secured using a key pad. Overall I felt the hotel was safe and quiet. Negative: The only thing I found a bit disappointing was the bed tended to sag in the middle and was a bit uncomfortable.

Delightful place! Positive: The room was very clean, comfortable, and had plenty of coffee, towels, shampoo, tp, etc. Location was perfect, walking distance from the event I was in town for. Check-in process was quick and simple. I’d definitely stay here again.

Misleading check in and not very welcoming. Positive: Checking in was difficult, we were told check in information was in a “basket “. We searched and couldn’t find a “basket “, the information was on a metal holder for papers. Couldn’t get into the room the panel to enter the code would not work so we had to call someone, who lived in the building. It was advertised as a hotel, it was a functioning hotel at one time, but now it is primarily a condominium, rooms to rent are on the first floor the rest was is residential. Negative: Read above

Everything else is ok aside from the bed. Positive: Property is fine. Love the shower. Negative: The bed is horrible. The mattress is very uncomfortable. It is sunk in. Did not sleep for both nights. It hurts our backs. Not acceptable.
