A good value for a short term stay in BV
Positive: The property manager, Shawn, was very helpful on a number of occasions
Negative: The no-slip strips at the bottom of the bathtub were discolored (with use and age), and dissuaded my wife from trying to take a bath instead of a shower

Positive: Very cozy and clean.
Negative: The room was too hot for my liking and it wasnt adjustable.
We had specific directions to our room and the directions sent us to a room that was already occupied. Embarrassing and frustrating. Called the after hours # and they fixed us up to the correct room.

poor heat, first night
Positive: nothing
Negative: very limited food items. No hot water for oatmeal. No microwave.

Bougie on a budget
Positive: It was a nice surprise to have breakfast bars and coffee available in the morning. The guest amenitities in our room like water bottles, K cup pods, and toiletries were appreciated.
Negative: One of the drapes wouldn't close with the cord. We were able to close it manually but just left it closed so it wasn't a hassle.
