Very Comfortable, Safe, Clean place to stay. Positive: The cleanliness was impeccable! Bed was very comfortable. Very quiet and peaceful. Close to downtown. Home away from home. Will absolutely stay again. Negative: The shower water only used half the water that came out of the spout. The other half would continue out of the spout, and cause the bathtub to collect water. I'm sure it's an easy fix.

Positive: While the property was great, security is lacking. To get your room you pick up an unsupervised envelope with your name on it off the front desk. The envelope contains your room number along with the key pad combination to enter your room. Someone could simply look at the information and replace with another envelope. I highly suggest not leaving anything of value in your room. Also recommend that staff finds another way to get guests checked into their rooms as this is a huge safety risk. Negative: How you get your room information via envelopes open to the public

Will try to make this the only place I stay in Bartlesville! Positive: This is the second time I have stayed here. I stayed 3 months in 2023 and was excited to be back. Rooms are quiet and have the amenities I need for travel (microwave, fridge).

Positive: Exceeded my expectations, the building is beautiful, the speakeasy area in the basement was a ton of fun and watching the sunrise from the roof every morning was worth every penny. Negative: The water to the toilet was off when we got there, and it had flushing problems the whole time we were there.

Will definitely stay here again!
