Awesome Positive: Liked the location and price of the room. I'm originally from Okla did not know about the Phillips Hotel.I will truly stay here again. Loved the apt style ABNB, my family. member had that style of ABNB. Negative: I felt like the door could have been a little more secure had #102

Positive: Location, size of room, quiet. Negative: Needs 2 comfortable chairs, not only 1. Decaf coffee is needed as a choice. Brighter lights for reading. No reading light by comfortable chair.
