Positive: Privacy!! Love it!

This was a wonderful place, a clean place and a comfortable place. The staff went beyond the call of duty… A very important prescription was left in the room, it wasn’t discovered until 10 hours later… I texted Mark late Friday night to inform him that this prescription had been left in the room… He checked the refrigerator where it should’ve been and it wasn’t there…. He then checked the management refrigerator with the same result… He checked the cleaning cart and there it was!!! Obviously, anytime I get near Bartlesville, I’ll be staying at the Apartments at Hotel Phillips…

Positive: clean

Convenient to downtown Positive: Walkable to downtown, rooms (we have stayed in quite a few over a course of a year) are well appointed and originally decorated/updated. With a place to sit and a table to write, plus kitchenette. Modern bathroom (though more vintage in some of the other rooms, but still OK) Negative: Miscommunication about extra night

Do not stay here. Positive: Rooms were nice. Negative: Could not get a hold of anyone. No one was operating the desk. The maintenance man had to let us in our room. Than we had to sit there until the gal finally showed up with our keys. Our TV quit working that took several calls from me and several calls from the booking.com gal. Never again..
