Positive: I recently stayed at the Phlips Hotel for 15 days and had a generally positive experience. The hotel was well-managed, and the reception support was excellent, with staff always willing to assist. However, there were a few areas needing improvement. The air conditioner was difficult to control, making the room too cold despite the summer weather. Additionally, the kitchen and toilet appeared somewhat outdated. Overall, though, the stay was enjoyable and met most of my expectations.

Delightful place to stay - Gina, Brody and entire staff were very friendly and helpful.
Positive: Very good. Hotel was beautiful - sparkling shiny floors and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was good. Brody was very accommodating and delightful to visit with. Location for kitchen was central.
