I was booked to stay again, but canceled my future reservation. Positive: The kitchen was clean and nicely stocked. Negative: The air conditioner could not be adjusted or turned off. Neither could the air conditioner fan. It blowed constantly. This made sleeping difficult with the air conditioner, fan blowing straight onto the bed. There was no television in the bedroom. The bathroom was very small and difficult to get ready in due to lack of counter space.

Positive: It's a very nice place and quiet Negative: When got there wasn't assigned the type of room I booked but young lady at front desk came and got us the room liked we booked , but other then room mix up stay was awesome.

Would repeat if in area again Positive: Nice facility Easy check-in Close parking Negative: Nothing Served my purpose

Great location … overall great place! Positive: great location, room was very clean, very quite and bed was very comfortable Negative: parking lot was full all the time not much room to park as others did not park correctly…parked outside of the spots so that left no room for cars to park in the designated spots ….. room temperature was controlled by the facility and it was very cold. not area to parking to unload and load. only one elevator was available due to someone moving out.

Christmas stay 2025 Positive: Fantastic room and bed. Complete kitchen facilities, ample coffee pods, etc, super clean, no problems at all with surroundings. Negative: I am mobility handicapped in that I have back problems, and can walk only 30 feet at a time without sitting down for a minute. My room was next to an outside entrance that my family was told I could not use. The handicapped parking is across a busy street in a free parking area. That is fine for most able bodied people, but I could not manage it. My family (that I was visiting for Christmas) had to pick me up and drop me off at the front entrance and I wish that I could have had a closer entrance to my awesome room. One was available, but I was prohibited from using it.
