Positive: Hotel Phillips is one of those “they don’t build them like that anymore” buildings. The inside has been renovated to today’s standards while leaving the details to retain the charm of the original structure. The hallways are bright and decorated with pictures/blueprints from the building’s origins. Our room was awesome: I felt like i could have been the first person to stay there. The decorating was classic with all the modern conveniences you would expect. I loved the original light/fan/heater in the bathroom. So nice that a lot of the original elements were kept. And the rooftop deck is something you just have to experience! Next visit I’ll come prepared to spend more time enjoying the views.

Very nice rooms, quiet, what staff I saw was very nice.
Positive: The room was very clean. My family took 4 rooms. All were laid out differently and very nice. I loved how quiet it was on the first floor, no slamming doors and heavy feet above us.
Negative: There was not a box of kleenex in the room. On the first night, our keypad stopped working. This was about 10:00. I called the emergency number and a young male staff member came right down. He had a little trouble finding a key to open the door so it took a little while. He replaced the battery and we were good. He was super nice and worked as quickly as he could. Then the second morning of our stay, we ran out of toilet paper. I ran into another male staff member who could not find a key to the storage room to get more. He had to call another staff member who either had the key or knew where it was. It took probably 15 minutes to get more toilet paper. He also gave me some kleenex. I would suggest that there be a central place for all the keys and that everyone be made aware of where that is for faster service.

Always wanted to stay here after growing up in Bartlesville. The room was well kept and very quiet! We enjoyed our stay.
