113 - Industrial Chic #113 Hotel Phillips

Nicer than expected, but a couple suggestions Positive: The room was a mix of modern and classic and I live that I got to pick the exact room (they are all a little different). We needed things after hours a few times and their response time by text was amazingly fast! I really like the amenities, too, of having a pretty large fridge, a microwave/connection oven, and a stovetop and sink! The towels were very high quality. If I could make one suggestion.... It would be nice to have decaf available. Negative: We didn't know when the condiments breakfast was available. It was inconsistent. No signs about it or anything, so bring your own breakfast and consider it a bonus if you catch the breakfast there. Oh-also, dust bunnies under the bed and behind the night stands. Otherwise exceptionally clean.

Neat/old hotel w/ new amenities Positive: Great hotel, it is being renovated but our room was already updated. Very secure building, easy check in. We stayed 3 nights, we were comfortable all 3 nights. Great location, close to places to eat, drink. Overall very pleased with our stay, plan to come back to Bartlesville and will try and stay here again.

It wasn’t what I was expecting. Positive: It was renovated in some parts. Negative: The cleanness and response to a situation in my friend’s airbnb.
